You’re not lazy, you’re carrying too much

There’s this story women keep telling themselves.
That they’re lazy.
That they just need to try harder.
That everyone else is doing better than them—and they’re just not cut out for it.

And I want to call bullshit on it.

Because the truth is?
You’re not lazy.
You’re carrying too much.

You’re carrying your work schedule. Your kids. The mental load of your family. The never-ending to-do list. The pressure to look a certain way. The guilt for never feeling like you’re doing enough.

You’re exhausted—not unmotivated.

And then on top of that? You’re trying to stick to a meal plan that doesn’t allow for life. Or a training schedule that assumes you have 5 child-free mornings a week and nothing else to do.

It’s no wonder it all feels heavy.

You were never the problem.

It’s not about willpower

It’s about support.
It’s about systems.
It’s about having a plan that fits the season you’re in—not some ideal version of your life that doesn’t exist.

Because here’s what I see every day:
When women finally have a plan that supports them without draining them… everything changes.

They stop ghosting the gym.
They stop hating food.
They stop the cycle of "I’ll start again Monday."

They get stronger. Fitter. Calmer. More confident—not just in their body, but in how they show up for themselves.

So if you’ve been feeling like you’re constantly starting and stopping…
It’s not because you suck at this.
It’s because the plan you’ve been following isn’t designed for your life.

And maybe it’s time to stop trying to go harder—and start building something smarter.
