ABOUT ME
I’m Mads, a new mum, a shift worker, Strength and Nutrition Coach and a former competitive Powerlifter.
I’ve tipped the scales at both ends and seen the good and the bad of the fitness industry in the process. I’ve tried every fad diet and fat loss supplement you can think of in my early gym-going years and suffered with some horrible disordered eating habits for years as a result.
So, your lack of time? Your body image struggles? Trust me, I can relate.
Eventually, enough was enough and I found a better way.
A healthy, enjoyable, sustainable and most importantly a balanced approach to fitness and eating - doing this things I love, eating the things I love and not saying no to going out with the people I love while still achieving the goals I set myself.
Now here we are, your no-bullshit guide to strength and nutrition.
My past experiences have taught me many-a-lesson, that you don’t have to go through.
My aim, is to show you how to become the fittest and healthiest version of yourself without the torture and undereating. To break through the mindset of needing to be a certain size before you can be confident in yourself.
