Get in the Gym is a structured program I designed with beginners in mind to help you increase your knowledge and build your confidence with training, or in the gym.
It includes:
- 2 x training programs, both 4 weeks in length

- Access to the Coached By Mads smartphone app, which includes a step-by-step guide and instructional videos for each exercise
